We are a family run business and operate from our own farm shop in Kirkwall in the beautiful islands of Orkney off the north coast of Scotland. Our goal is to produce the tastiest beef and lamb possible and sell it by mail order right across the UK, ensuring the ultimate in health and traceability. Our herd of organic Aberdeen AngusX beef and Orkney organic lamb is grass-fed for fabulous flavour and tenderness. We also now have organic rare-breed out door pigs . Whether you are looking for a sizzling sirloin steak or a gluten free sausage , a lamb chop or a Sunday roast just give us a call! We have recently acquired a Fishmonger business formerly known as William Jolly's. We can now send smoked salmon, gravadlax, smoked mackerel, kippers and many other products by mail order too.
